By in All, Brew News Comments Off on THANK YOU!!!

We would like to thank everyone who came out yesterday! We couldn’t have asked for a better First Anniversary Party!  We had a lot of fun with the Randalls, the food was great, as well as the company! The rain even stopped so we could enjoy the newly planted trees and fireplace on the patio.  As always, Devin and The Dead Frets played an awesome show, ending the night on a great note!

Once again, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We can not even begin to describe the feelings we have as we look across the brewery and see everyone having such a great time, enjoying our beer. After a year, it still doesn’t seem real! Pinch us when you’re in next.  No, but on a serious note, we need to thank YOU!  Thank you for supporting our dream, and never giving up hope, even though the “Coming Soon” sign was up for 3 years!  Thank you to our Investors for believing in us and seeing our potential. Thank you to our family and friends for your continued love, support and never ending encouragement.

Lastly, Thank you to our Elk Staff, we have a solid team who work effortlessly to create, deliver, and promote our product. The passion these individuals have toward Elk is amazing. We couldn’t be more proud!

Thanks again, We Love you ALL!!

Hefeweizen is BACK!!

The Hefe is back and will be released next Thursday, April 16th!  Nothing says summer like a glass of Hefe!

Not familiar with the style? A hefeweizen is a German style wheat beer. The yeast used gives flavors of banana and clove and a cloudy appearance in the glass.

We also offer a variety of fruit purees to add to your pint. Cant’t decide which one? Try a Hefe flight!
